We hereby inform you that your personal data shall be processed whether or not by automated means and in compliance with the provisions, also with regard to data security, of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 for the purpose of performing the tasks entrusted to us, as set out in the contract currently in force and\/or for the purpose of providing you with the information requested by you and\/or to fulfil specific legal obligations of the data controller. The provision of data is optional, however your refusal to provide it will prevent us from continuing with the execution of the current contract or from fulfilling your specific requests.<\/p>\n

Specifically, your data are related to our specific activity \u201cTransport and temporary storage of hazardous and non-hazardous civil waste, as well as ancillary services\u201d and are related to the normal activity of existing or potential customers\/suppliers\u2019 relationship; marketing activities are excluded, unless express and specific consent.<\/p>\n

Storing data is linked to the supply of goods\/services, to fulfil legal obligations or specific processing requirements to which you are party; you have the right to ask for your data to be deleted when such right is not in conflict with legal obligations (the length of time data can be stored depends on tax obligations or historical and\/or statistical requirements associated with act\/document storage).<\/p>\n

Your data will be disclosed to our data controller\/processor for the purposes of performing the tasks entrusted to us, as well as to banks or financial institutions for processing and collection financial operations, to public institutions or bodies in relation to the tasks entrusted to us and to legal regulations\/obligations, to public security bodies if required, and to third parties only as a result of the use of the data for the performance of the tasks entrusted to us.<\/p>\n

As data subject, you have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure, restriction of processing, updating, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data and more generally you can exercise your rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679.<\/p>\n

Your personal data may be disclosed abroad to the extent that it is needed for the execution of the assignment.<\/p>\n
