Model 231: organization, management and control
Mecomer Srl’s Model 231 (or Model pursuant to legislative decree No. 231/2001) is intended as a model of organization, management and control pursuant to Italian law and is designed to prevent the commission of particular types of crimes arising from risk activities for the purposes of corporate responsibility. The Model 231 was drafted by “incorporating”, as a general binding principle, the Code of Ethics of Séché.
